Great Tyne Row 2022 - times and results are out

GTR day dawned cloudless, with a gentle westerly wind (got up a bit later) and warm, but not too warm. More reportage soon, but for the time being make do with the times and results downloadable on our Documents page.

Fastest overall boat in a record breaking time of 1 hr 28 minutes was a mixed stable quad Tyne Romans from Tyne ARC. The "Enjoying the View" award went to Hadrian's Nemesis from Kinghorn CRC in Fife, rowing a St Ayles fixed seat skiff (pictured at the start).
